Monthly Guided Meditation & Chai Tea

Join this meditaion to ground, connect, and deepen your wellness. This donation based guided and silent meditation has limited space so sign up early. Meditation is approximately 1 hour and there will be homemade vegan chai served after. Please dress comfortably and bring a mat, blanket, or pillow. All ages that can be mindful of the space and others are welcome. Chairs and props will also be available for those who need them. Please email for more info.
